We are a small outfit dealing with property management and sales of holiday lets and properties in Malindi. The company director is Debbie Paul and the office is managed by three ladies; an Accounts department, House Management department and Human resource department.
We manage properties for those who have villas in Malindi and stay abroad or in other towns in Kenya. We visit the property to ensure everything is running well and that the house is not misused. Wwe pay staff salaries, pay bills, organize and control supplies needed to maintain the house. We not only pay your staff but deal with their problems and act as mediators between them and you.
We deal with any Government issues that may arise whilst you are and when within. We keep you updated on Government requirements and deal with issues on your behalf when necessary.
We also assist in recruiting new staff and casual workers. We also assist to supervise maintence jobs and pay the fundis when you are away and keep your receipts safely for your accounting.
We are in constant touch with our clients and give updates as required.
We manage a client bank account and give send accounts according to agreement we have.
Your funds are safe with us and are accounted for to the last penny. We offer different packages depending on what your requirements are.
Property Rental – We are also agents and help you rent out your holiday lets, since we manage some of the properties we are well conversed with the houses and are able to give accurate information to clients looking for lets. We are on the ground and are able to deal with any problems arising that are within our ability.
For those wishing to rent their villas on long term basis ,we can assist with rental collection and managing the rented property.
Property Sales – We are also agents for those wishing to buy or sell their properties; we do free marketing and connect the buyer and sellers without any harassment.
